From the original to the precise model
To produce each true-to-scale model, the real boat is digitally captured and reproduced in a detailed 3D model. These steps ensure maximum precision.
Real on the outside – virtual on the inside
In virtual reality, virtual markers (often called “hotspots” or “info points”) are placed in the scene.
These points are invisible or discreetly visible and respond to the user.
1. Placement in virtual space
An access point is set at a specific location
(e.g. on the steering wheel, engine or sail of the boat).
It has a fixed position in 3D space.
2. Detection of user action
The access point responds when you:
- look at it (eye control),
- touch it with the controller,
- or point at it with your hand.
3. Triggering the content
As soon as the point is activated, the VR glasses display:
- Text/explanation
- Video
- Image or graphic
- Audio explanation

How quickly can I get an appointment, and is there a charge for it?
An introductory meeting can be arranged at short notice and is free of charge for you. Here, too, the first step is to arrange a telephone consultation.
What are the advantages of combining model building and VR glasses?
The advantage is obvious:
By using modern and impressive VR technology, you can establish an emotional connection between prospective buyers and your product at a very early stage.
When customers subsequently visit your premises or shipyard, they can also view the actual original boat with all its features.
Potential buyers therefore arrive with a concrete idea and a clear intention to purchase.
At what scale does the combination of model boats and VR glasses become worthwhile?
This depends heavily on the size of the boat and the selling price.
High-priced, large boats are naturally sold less frequently than smaller models.
However, with smaller boats, the combination can also be very profitable due to higher sales volumes.
I have a completely different application for models in connection with VR. can you still support me?
Yes. Our model-making business, combined with VR technology, can be used across a range of industries.
In the past, we have created detailed models of vehicles and race cars, among other things.
Is long-term cooperation on new projects possible?
Of course. We also support new projects from the outset, create prototypes, and adapt them as necessary before series production begins.
How long does it take to deliver a boat model after ordering?
The delivery time depends on whether it is a single item or a series order (10 items or more).
Molds must be created for each boat hull and superstructure, which requires time and materials.
Each additional model of the same type is therefore more cost-effective.
If CAD data (surface or volume models) is provided to us, the manufacturing process is significantly shortened.
Can the costs for a project be calculated in advance?
Yes. After joint discussions and project definition, you will receive a transparent and binding offer.
What are the advantages of a preliminary consultation?
Sound advice protects both sides from bad investments, false expectations, and unrealistic promises.
Why are you the right partner for these projects?
We have more than 30 years of experience in mold and model making and were already active in the early days of CNC-controlled manufacturing technologies. Our expertise has been successfully applied in numerous German and European companies—many of which still work with the solutions we developed. Our experience is based on decades of practical experience in industry, prototype construction, and series production.
